Abstract
As of April 1, 2023, the government increased tobacco excise taxes. The goal of this survey is to study the effect of this increasing the prices of tobacco on the behavior of smokers. Data for the first wave was collected in March 2023, before the tax increase. This codebook applies to the second wave.
